Great breakfast buffet and friendly staff. The location is central and close to many attractions. The hotel also has free parking available which was a major plus.

The rooms are quite small and outdated. The walls are thin and can be noisy at times.

Style and atmosphere of the hotel was authentically German. Breakfast buffet was excellent with very wide selection. Restaurant served out of this world dinner. They have an English menu of German food to help you order. Staff was very friendly. Easy free parking on the property. Breakfast room was large, airy, and view of gardens fit the morning view.

Quality of mattress was poor - no springs, felt like this layer of blankets.

The hotel was conveniently located in a quiet area, just a short walk from downtown. the restaurant outside was fantastic, and the alleyway leading to the hotel was very atmospheric. the room was spacious and modern, with a very clean bathroom. the service was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious with a good selection of fresh fruits.

The room was a little noisy due to the location near the event rooms.
